  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

3. Extended Return Period for Damaged/Defective Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund, including shipping charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 7 days (unless defective).
  • Items not in original condition or missing components not due to ASVS error.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

  • ASVS provides a 1-year warranty for all equipment sold (excluding consumables).
  • The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Returns under warranty must include the original invoice and meet usage/install guidelines (e.g., water filter setup, power requirements).
